There is a manor house near the Kupa River, approximately a kilometer upriver from the confluence of the Dobra River. This is GORNJE POKUPJE. Once a seat for feudal lords, it was even owned by the illustrious Zrinski family. In 1906, Franjo Turk esq. pulled down an old timber framed country-house and erected a new, Empire-style two-storey house. Its facade, with a balcony and round columns, faces the Kupa River.
